This Field Trip kicks off the National Carbon Farming Conference & Expo 4 day event. The Half Day Carbon Farming Field Trip is your chance to see Carbon Farming technology in action, at the TAFE NSW National Environment Centre, Thurgoona.
Presented by Climate Friendly, the Carbon Farming Field Trip will showcase innovative solutions for measuring/monitoring and increasing Carbon in agricultural soils and the Land Sector for the purpose of entering the Carbon Markets.
We have presentations from:
- Ignatius Verbeek, Agri X
- Justin Alick, Climate Friendly
- Stephen Whitsed & Maarten Stapper
- Jeremy Bradley & Cathy Eggbert, Beechwood Biological Solutions
We’ll look at soil carbon measurement technology; using drones to monitor vegetation, take plots and see the data; and we’ll see the Soilkee Renovator machine in action. We’ll also be looking at microbes and microbial solutions to crop and pasture issues.

11.30am-12.30pm Beneficial Soil Microbes
12.30pm Coach returns to Albury Entertainment Centre OR The Commercial Club for those attending Carbon Farming 101 at 1pm.
